Position: Assistant Store Manager
Location: Galway/Sligo
Salary: €28k +

We are currently seeking Duty Manager for a fantastic position of a leading Toy retailer in the Waterford/Tralee area, the role requires a candidate that is highly driven and determined with a passion for retail for this fast paced well known retailer.
The Role of Duty Manger
· Day to day running of a large department store in the absence of Store Management
· To ensure compliance within the store and that the store team drive Sales and KPIs.
· They will lead the store team, coaching and motivating colleagues to ensure that superior customer service is delivered.
· Delivery of exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance
Requirements of Duty Manager
· 3-4 years retail management experience
- Experience within a fast paced retailer such as Grocery Supermarket Retail is a must
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· Ambitious, hard working, energetic and reliable
· Must be flexible on location
