Job description:  Large multinational requires a Change Implementation Officer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work in co-operation with Quality Assurance to co-ordinate and manage the effective implementation of changes which impact packaging materials, bills of material and general SAP maintenance.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

CHANGE ALERT PROCESS

• Managing the Change Alert Process onsite through the Change Implementation Group.
• Ensuring that approved change time-lines are met throughout the approval chain.
• Communicate approved changes to the QA team.

SAP QA RESPONSIBILITY

• Checking/Release of Material Masters.
• Issuance of new materials for Control Cycles on a weekly basis.
• Identify and create destruction forms for the write off at plant level and report actual scrap cost.
• Release of article listing.

GENERAL

• Representing the project team in other change alert process e.g. introduction of new materials, product launches etc.
• Participate in plant initiative projects.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and document control systems in accordance with company and corporate guidelines and policies.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems and KPI's to ensure that cost and performance objectives for change alert activities are monitored effectively.
• Ensure that agreed time-lines are adhered to.
• Develop and maintain a system for filing and archiving master data.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2/3 years in a similar role preferably in the Life Sciences sector.
• A primary degree desirable
• SAP experience a distinct advantage
