Job description:  At Oak Recruitment our client is looking to recruit a Database Manager.

Manage a team of Administration Staff. Ensure all team meetings take place in accordance with KBSC Guidelines. All team members are trained in accordance with Operation Excellence.  Ensure all price amendments are correctly processed on a timely basis. All prices updated prior to delivery. Ensure all product amendments are correctly processed on a timely basis. Ensure all Invoices, both EDI and Paper, are successfully sent to customers. Ensure all statements are correctly received by customers. Ensure all customers are set up in accordance with agreed procedure. Ensure all suppliers are setup correctly and on a timely basis. Ensure all dockets are accurately invoiced on a timely basis. Ensure all despatches through third parts warehouses are invoiced correctly and on time. Ensure smartview accurately reflects sale

Requirements.
-Accounting qualifications desirable
-3-4 years leadership experience in a shared service or accountancy environment
-Relevant experience in a multinational environment an advantage
-Strong personality with excellent communication skills capable of dealing with all levels of individual
-Excellent team skills essential
-Ability to work on own initiative, recognizing potential problems and seeking solutions in advance of communication from customers.
-Ability to work under pressure. Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with a number of difficult members.
