Job description: Financial Accountant RequiredMy client, a large multi-national company based in Limerick currently have a vacancy for a Financial Accountant.....Responsibilities include: * Assist in the preparation of Monthly Accounts to strict deadlines * Monthly Bank Reconciliations * Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations * Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Fixed Assets * Preparation of BIK calculations for payroll * Pension Correspondence * Preparation of Statutory Accounts * Assist the Finance Manager in ad-hoc matters * Statutory Statistical & Legal Reporting The Candidate:
* ACA/ACMA/ACCA Certified * Knowledge of US and Irish GAAP would be desirable but is not essential * Good working knowledge of Financial Systems (such as SAP) would be an advantage
