Job description:
At RICHMOND RECRUITMENT our client is looking to recruit a Customer Services agent in the Conferencing sector in West CorkEnsure that clients receive quality service and requests in an efficient, knowledgeable, and timely manner by scheduling future conferences, running attended conferences, handling clerical duties relating to the conference calls, performing various tape & CD duplication procedures, researching and resolving client complaints and concerns; Answering op recalls and providing conference assistance; Reporting problems as necessary to minimize impact to clients. Ensure that daily systems operations in the department are running smoothly and efficiently by Assisting with software and hardware testing; Reporting concerns with bridge functioning to the appropriate personnel; Compiling Statistical data for report creation and future use.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:-Leaving Certificate & third Level qualification-Computer proficiency in all Microsoft Applications-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)-Problem resolution skills-Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment-Accurate typing of approx 30 wpm-General office knowledge-Previous customer service experience desired.
