CPL in conjunction with our client in the Netherlands are looking for Engineers.

We are looking for Proto Engineers, Engine test engineers, and Vacuum Specialists for positions based in the Netherlands. Durations vary from 1-5 years

Proto engineers

Looking for qualified engineer to

- be responsible for adjusting and calibrating the various testing tools and systems, with procedures that have not been tested previously.

- Resolve technical and organizational problems that are related to the test tools and systems in cooperation with the Proto Coordinator and developers.

- Maintain the test tools and systems, and achieve optimal machine utilization by scheduling the various activities.

- Communicate with customers on the operation of new machinery and parts.

- Work with Pilot Production and Customer Support on the introduction of new products, exchange information and help solve any problems.

The successful candidate for these roles will have some experience in this area and have at least a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Dynamics. You will also have strong analytical skills and good communication skills that create complex technical issues in a simple way to view.

- Engine test engineers

As a test engineer for engine / vehicle test rigs you will be part of a team of passionate experts in a leading internationally operated automotive lab in the Eindhoven region. You will be working within a high-tech test centre of world-class company.

Working closely with the customer and engine instrumentation engineers you will have a solid engine / vehicle knowledge background, a practical approach and creativity is a must and you will be able to independently test a program to draw up and implement. You will analyse the results, report and constantly working to optimize the process and have an important advisory role in the projects.

The successful candidate for this role will have ideally an automotive education at BSc level.
Experience with engine test (preferably HD Diesel) is highly desirable; affinity with the automotive industry is a must. You have good communication skills, be result and customer oriented, hands-on and flexible. You will have at least 5 years experience in engine / vehicle test rigs and emission analysis.

- Vacuum specialist: coming from a Physics or Mechanical background with at least MSc or PhD level qualification with experience in developing high-tech vacuum applications, analytical, experimental and/or modelling is needed for these roles. People with this experience and the ambition to work internationally are of interest to us. This opportunity is based in Eindhoven.

Any level of Dutch is a huge advantage.
