Job description: Licensing and Registration Representative
One of our clients is looking to hire a Licensing and Registration Representative; To provide Service and Support to customers with the intent to issue them the correct tools to backup their businesses efficiently.

Job Description:
The role includes researching and troubleshooting licensing and install base issues, walking customers through
self-service tools such as web-based tools, verifying customer entitlement to receive requested software or
services, providing updated software and license versions to entitled customers and initiating requests for License Ownership Transfer or Install Base modifications;
To provide the highest level of customer Service to the International customer base;
To work with customers to address most complex pre/post- sale customer service issues;
To Support Customers with License upgrade, updates and replacements;
To Support internal departments.

Requirements:
Time management;
Customer orientated;
Team Player;
Must possess strong computer skills (MS Applications including Excel, Word, Outlook.);
Telephone skills;
The successful candidate must be prepared to work overtime when necessary;
German skills desirable.
