Job description:  An exciting opportunity exists for outgoing enthusiastic individuals to join a dedicated sales team in the customer service centre of a well known household brand name.

The Role:

• Achieve daily outbound targets
• Accurately capture all customer details & sales information to the required
• standard and in accordance with sales audit requirements
• Drive self to continually meet targets
• Agreeing to and working towards Personal Development Plan that sets out objectives aligned to company and client goals.

The Person:

• Highly Motivated and enthusiastic
• Ideally telephone sales experience
• Track record of meeting & exceeding targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Previous experience of understanding and working against KPI's
• Excellent objection handling skills
• Reliable
