Role:

Managing a roads design team, you willl oversee work from the feasibility study stage to construction. Its a challenge for a senior professional who can prepare budgets, manage workloads and ensure the effective delivery of projects. Youll also play a key team-development role, carrying out staff appraisals, providing training opportunities and helping to recruit new staff.

Experience:

Chartered Engineer
Road Design essential
Strong track record of delivering projects
Financial Management Techniques essential
Strong Health and Safety legislation knowledge essential
Excellent Leadership skills
Min 6/7 years experience
