Job description: Our client a large employer based in Limerick requires a Training & Development Specialist. You will be responsible for Training, Coaching & Development of all customer service reps. You will design & coordinator new training modules for new starts & existing employees. You will have 2-4 years training & development experience with a CIPD/ IITD qualification. Experience in a fast paces environment is required. Strong Communication, PC and attention to details is essential.
