Job description: At RICHMOND RECRUITMENT our client is looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer.

Specific Responsibilities:

*Accept responsibility of calls/visits assigned daily.
*Communicate with Call Control Centre regularly throughout day.
*Carry out necessary repairs/actions to equipment.
*Control and manage all parts assigned to backlog.
*Escalate serious issues accordingly.
*Focus on and follow a quality customer care initiative.
*Understand and adhere to the local work instructions.
*Manage all paperwork and admin duties regularly

Skills & Experience

*The individual should have excellent communication skills, a proven strong technical interest and a logical approach to solving problems.
*He/she must enjoy working with and assisting customers at all times whilst maintaining a polite, professional and positive manner.
*The individual will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and with similar products.
