Job description: My Client a Leader in its field is seeking to recruit a Field Service Engineer

Roles/Responsibilities

Install & troubleshoot Microsoft Networks - specifically SBS
Install & troubleshoot VPN connections utilising Sonicwall and Cisco products
Install & troubleshoot Tape Backup technologies utilising Backup Exec and Arcserve
Install & troubleshoot Server hardware technologies such as; IBM and Dell rack mount.

Skills/Experience

Experience of Cisco and Sonicwall
Experience of Microsoft Active Directory, Small Business Server
Experience of wide range of computer hardware network technologies
Experience of Backup software; Backup Exec and Arcserve
Experience of Symantec Anti Virus

Education:

Must have MCSE accreditation
Other accreditations would be beneficial i.e. Cisco, Citrix.
