Job description:

My Client, a market-leader in its field, is seeking a Retail Supervisor for their busy retail outlet in Cork.

As Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to day running of all operations associated with the Shop.

Key Responsibilities

Managing all staff associated with the shop
Stocking and Merchandising
Control and account for all stock movements
Training & Induction of new staff members
Monitoring the purchase & sale prices of stock items


The ideal candidate will have

5 years retail experience, with supervisory or managerial experience covering premium products
Have basic mathematical skills
A good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel & email packages
Confidence and excellent communication skills
A strong level of autonomy
