Mixed Commercial and Industrial Projects for the Client

Salary; €90 - 100k +

My client is a highly successful Project Management Company. They have numerous contracts ongoing throughout Ireland. Their business is focused in the Commercial and Industrial Sectors. They have recently brought a number of key members on board to stabilise the company for a growth period. They now require a Project Manager with a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role to join the company. The candidate will be required to Project Manage a number of Projects on the Clients behalf.

The ideal candidate will be coming from a Main Contracting background and hold a Degree in Civil Engineering or a trades background.

Duties;

• Liaise with Clients to discuss and analyse project specifications.
• Discuss specifications with Design team
• Project Manage a number of Building Projects as the Clients representative.
• Ensure the contractor is carrying out works to the required specifications.
• Ensure Clients satisfaction.
• Oversee the Project Construction process to ensure commercial profits & high quality finishes.

Required

• 3 - 5 years experience in a Project Management.
• Civil Engineering Degree / Trades background
• Proven Project Management capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
