Job description:

Excellent permanent opportunity for Payroll Administrators/ Part Qaulified Accountants in South Dublin, €27-28k

A large company with operations in South Dublin is looking for a payroll administrator to join their busy finance function.   You will be part of a strong established finance team and will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various areas of accounting and payroll

Responsibilities

 

• Preparation and payment of weekly and monthly payrolls for company employees
• Administration of employee payroll data through the payroll system
• Administration of the company’s sick pay schemes, pension plans and health insurance plans
• Calculation of terminations/redundancy payments and preparation of paperwork for same
• Production of payroll and overtime reports as required
• Updating employee records as appropriate
• Responding to queries in relation to payroll
