Job description:  Process Engineers - South Tipperary - Solid Dosage

• Process Engineer: To lead process and equipment optimisation, with responsibility to develop and implement improvement initiatives in the areas of cost reduction, process efficiency and operational excellence.
• Process Engineer: To provide dynamic technical support to the Production Team Leaders for process/equipment optimisation and troubleshooting.
• Process Engineer: To use strong innovation skills you will engage with cross functional teams to promote and achieve results in continuous improvement activities in a lean manufacturing environment.

REQUIREMENTS for Process Engineer:

• 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical solid dosage form manufacturing.
• Bachelors or postgraduate degree in Chemical or Process engineering or a Science related discipline.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively in a cross functional environment.
• Proven Project Management skills in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Experience in R&D, and/or scale-up experience would be considered an advantage.
