Job description:  

Business Analyst, Dublin, €28-30K

You will be responsible for the reporting, consulting, advisory and analysis. You will also liaise with various department for smooth operation.

Main responsibilities would also include:
Responsible for the preparation for analysing sales forecasts in Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint reports
Responsible for the preparation of daily/weekly reports that analyse the business and define how each mission is tracking to their targets
Report preliminary and final results with explanation of variance drivers to management
Report on quarterly achievements for Mangers and reps and business results
Attend weekly review calls with Managements team
Responsible for improving and streamlining reporting structures & methods; providing timely & accurate distribution
Interact with management teams to understand business requirements and ensure the current set of reports meet these requirements

Requirements
Excellent Problem solving skills plus strong initiative and desire for work success and self improvement
Communication and Presentation skills
Strong PowerPoint skills with experience in the advanced use of Excel including automated creation of spreadsheets (pivot tables, charts, formulas)
Strong numerate and analytical skills
Fluent written and spoken English
