Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• Representing the company by being the first point of contact with our customers
• Guaranteeing an unparalleled Customer Service experience
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative environment
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Must show excellent attention to detail
• Flexibility in working hours (mornings, evenings, nights and weekend required)
Skills / Experience Required:
• 2-3 years high volume customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Experience writing customer service correspondence.
• Excellent email skills including answering emails for Customer Service area
• Must be fluent in Croatian with excellent written and oral English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• General Internet Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of poker an advantage though not essential
• Customer Service/ Call centre experience essential
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Strong Team Player
• We are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused and French fluent representatives.
