At RICHMOND RECRUITMENT our client is looking to recruit a CIM & Field Support Supervisor.MAIN RESPONSABILITIESDay to Day management of a team of CIM (Customer Information Management) Specialists who are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the company's Customer Database Applications. Ensure that customer contact and account records are correct in our internal database systems to ensure a high quality customer database which is used by various internal stakeholders and organizations. Build a world class Customer Database with the input from key organizations within the company including Technical Support, Sales, and other customer facing organizations as appropriate. Production of monthly metrics packs. High involvement in project related work including ( though not limited) to Merger and Acquisition activities, systems enhancement/updates.PERSON SPECIFICATIONLeaving Certificate minimum or equivalent - ideally with a relevant third level qualification. Proven ability to deal with high volumes of queries during busy periods. Ideally a previous knowledge of Siebel. Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative. Proven record of accuracy and attention to detail. Fluency in English and at least one other European Language required. Knowledge of MS Outlook/word/excel/access. SQL 7 knowledge a plus. A working knowledge of Siebel CRM is a big plus, other CRM application knowledge is desired.
