On behalf of a client Cpl is looking for a Business Development Manager tasked with achieving monthly voice and mobile broadband sales targets by acquiring high quality business customers and maximising customer satisfaction & loyalty. This is a field based selling mobile communication solutions into the SME and Smaller Corporate Sector

Key responsibilities:

  • Represent company as the supplier of choice for mobile business customers.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the business & telecommunications requirements of each of your potential customers in order to meet their commercial needs most effectively and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek, recognise, evaluate and capitalise on potential opportunities for additional business within accounts, ensuring maximum profitability and satisfaction on high value customer accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (KPIs) as set by your line manager.
  • Understand and keep up to date on the latest wireless technology developments and technical issues.

Minimum and Desired requirements:

  • Experience in complex solution mobile and ICT based sales.
  • A full clean Irish driving license
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven track record of success in a field based business to business sales role.
  • Excellent communications & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure.
  • Take ownership and use initiative in problem solving - make things happen.
  • Proven experience and success in a sales/business development role.
  • Broad based sales and negotiation skills gained in a dynamic sales environment.
  • A good working knowledge of the decision making and procurement process in SME business.
  • Previous experience of engaging and operating at all levels to achieve sales.
  • Face to face customer engagement experience within a business environment at all levels.
  • Competent IT skills- Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong presentation skill.
