Job description: Our client a large employer based in Limerick requires a Technical Employee Training & Development Specialist.Duties:You will be responsible for Training, Coaching & Development of all customer service reps. You will design & coordinator new training modules for new starts & existing employees. Requirements:You will have 2-4 years training & development experience with a CIPD/ IITD qualification. Ability to take on Technical knowledge, Training needs, conduct TNL and design training courses accordingly. Experience in a fast paces environment is required. Strong Communication, PC and attention to details is essential.
