Fresh Meat Manager - South Dublin

• To manage the financial KPI's in a manner that will ensure the profitability and viability of the protein department
• Deliver, support and implement all strategic initiatives for Protein in the store as required
• Ensure that Protein production is delivering product of the highest integrity and “uncompromising quality” that our customers demand
• Ensure that the full range is on display in a manner befitting “ a shop that inspires”
• To support and report directly in to the store Assistant Manager's)
• To manage the production aspect of the business
• To manage, develop and support the Protein Team
• To manage and control health & safety and Food Safety/Hygiene standards
  
• Candidate must have minimum of 2 years previous Management experience
• Ideally you will be qualified Butcher with industry experience
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• The ability to train, develop and motivate colleagues
