Customer Care Executive

Company: Well established Cork based organisation

Role: Customer Care Executive

• Dealing with cleints based across Europe
• Processing orders in  the customer service department 
• Liaising with distribution department,sales reps and managerial departments
• Process docket and invoices
• Managing client queries

Requirements:

• Excellent phone manner
• Good computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Minimum of two European languages
