Key Responsibilities: 
    • Find and close sales to prospective customers
    • Develop ideas and create offers for market opportunities as they arise; 
    • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits. 
    • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with other team members; 
    • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
    • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development. 
    • Prepare the details for billing and pass for invoicing; 
    • Setting appropriate levels of customer expectations which Operations can achieve in the ordinary course of business; 
    • Monitor and profile competitors.


Key Deliverables:
    • Achievement of activity targets as set out in your performance plan; 
    • Updating CRM system on a daily basis 
    • Customer service is provided in the selling / after sales service process; 
    • Account plans for all agreed major customers are maintained;

    • Strong social skills 
    • Confidence with a proven track record
