Business Applications Solutions Analyst
Oracle Applications Business Analyst to join the Finance Application Solutions Delivery team, to support project initiatives addressing business processes and system efficiency. Responsible for supporting / implementing Oracle Financials related projects. Ability to carry out requirements analysis, fit/gap analysis, business process analysis, module configuration, conference room pilots and workshops, testing, and functional designs for interfaces, extensions, customizations and reports.
Cross-functional experience, methodical and process-oriented, demonstrate the ability to multi-tasking, as well as flexibility and willingness to work in multiple roles as required.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player, and enjoy working in an environment that requires continuous learning.

- participate/Lead Finance Application Solutions Delivery projects
- Provide second level functional/technical helpdesk support
- Train support team prior to project go-live
- work with other technical groups to ensure system integration
- provide Business analysis and support systems and software upgrades/implementations
- may be called to work out of hours
- excellent ability to write functional specifications
- Working with Oracle technical support on technical issues
