Job description: The Role:
The purpose of the Sales Advisor is to act as first point of contact to a range of customers to agreed quality and service standards in a multi-channel environment.
The role will require that the Sales Advisor understands the insurance packages on offer and will be the face of organization in dealing with the public.

-Positive attitude, ability to build relationships.-Experience working in relationship selling-Driven and sales orientated-Ideally telephone sales experience -Track record of meeting & exceeding targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis-Previous experience of understanding and working against KPI's
