The client:

Our client, a dynamic IT company based in Blanchardstown are actively recruiting for a HR Manager / Generalist

The role:

The role requires candidates who are fluent in English but who can also speak several European languages, ideally French, Spanish and Dutch. The role is a permanent position and will report into the VP of Europe.

 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Act as a point of contact for employees across Europe on all HR related queries
• Handle Employee Relations issues as and when they arise
• Point of contact for Employment Law queries
• Assist in the Recruitment Process
• Ad hoc HR projects

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience at the HR Generalist level
• Fluent in English
• Additional European language
