Within this position you would be responsible for the overall development and management of the plant hygience programme and ensuring compliance with in-house, corporate and regulatory requirements.  You will also be inovled in coordinating the plant environmental monitoring programme.
Some elements of the position will also include method development and process improvement.

To be successful you must have:
A degree in Microbiology or equivalent
A higher diploma or additional postgraduate qualification is highly beneficial
7+ years industry experience is essential

Roles and Responsibilties:
Develop, implement and manage the Environmental Monitoring Programme
Develop and manage the plant cleaning programme
Review SOPs
Ensure cleaning methods are validated
Assist the micro team in performance of environmental monitoring
Develop and deliver training
Review corporate and regulatory methodology
Participate in the investigation of customer complaints
Ensure that production autoclave is validated and cycle appropriate
