Job description:  

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative environment
• Must display a strong interest in poker and have a solid understanding of the game
• Must show excellent attention to detail
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Act as a point of contact for peer Customer Support Representatives on all poker related issues
• Manage the poker-related customer queues
• Organize workload for efficient time-management
• Flexibility in working hours (mornings, evenings and/or nights and every second weekend required)
