We are based in 40+ locations nationwide and are continuing to add to this number. We are based in many of the highest profile shopping centres across Ireland and are currently seeking committed and target-driven Sales Advisors to join the growing team.
The Role;
To consistently provide unparalleled customer service to your clients, while aiming to achieve realistic sales targets set to you by management. You will work to your own initiative and manage your own customer accounts.
You will be required to “think outside of the box” by matching products to the needs of potential customers face to face and ensure they get the very best from this innovative product. You must be a real people person and enjoy finding out about customers needs through warm and engaging conversations.
The Candidate;
Someone with previous experience in retail and hospitality would suit this role. A proven track record in face to face selling would also be desirable but not a requisite. We are keen to hear from you if you can deliver an outstanding customer experience with the right "can do" attitude and excellent communication skills.
As an Advisor, you will be rewarded for your efforts and receive a basic salary and uncapped commission with contracted hours of 5 out of 7 days per week (including evenings and weekends). You will receive 20 days holiday plus 9 bank holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Day, increasing upon length of service. Our client will contribute 8% and you contribute 4% towards your pension, and you can also contribute to any additional voluntary contributions. Life Assurance (2x Annual Salary if not in pension scheme, 4x Annual Salary if in pension scheme), Private Healthcare for yourself and any immediate family from first day of employment, Health Insurance, and Free products, as well as monthly bonus and spot prizes.
