Job description: At RICHMOND RECRUITMENT our client is looking to recruit a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer with fluent in Spanish and Italian with excellent written and verbal English.We will consider just Spanish or Italian with English for candidate with extremely strong skills.ResponsibilitiesWorking in a rapidly developing, highly technical environment to support deployment, integration andmaintenance of Trend Micro products within clients IT-environments. Manage a diverse and complex scope of support issues directly related to the use, support and implementation of Trend Micro products and solutions with effective customer skills required via email and telephone to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding and identifying the customers' complex networks.Requirements:
