One of Irelands leading Insurance providers seeks a Pensions Administrator for an immediate start.
Duties will include:
Taking charge of the administration of a portfolio of group schemes under the direction of the team leader, administration includes;
Production of renewal accounts and benefit statements
New Entrant inputting and issuing
Reconcile group suspense and sub account balances
Issue pre-renewals promptly
Issue leaving service options and benefits payments
Finalise retirement options
Assist in the training and development of other team members as necessary
Contribute to the planning for the successful running of the team
Ensure that service agreements are met and that all correspondence is viewed meticulously to ensure a high quality and accuracy that meet's our 'world class service' ethos
Provide cover for other teams when necessary
Technical Competencies:
2 years life/pensions administration experience
Third Level Qualification in relevant area
Progress towards a professional qualification QFA, ACII or PMI exams
Knowledge of Defined Contribution pension schemes, IFSRA, Pension Board and Revenue requirements
Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Word
Good attention to detail.
