Job description: At Richmond Recruitment our client is recruiting a Manufacturing Operations Manager.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities;
-Accountable for the groups output and results.
-Develops staffing plans.
-Manage day to day activities of the group.
-Work with production managers to develop detailed requirement plan.
-Strong working relationship with IT.


Skills;
-Project Management
-Problem Solving
-Decision Making
-Manage Change
-Lean Six Sigma fluent with particular emphasis on LEAN Transactional concepts
-Presentation Skills
-Networking and Relationship building
-Understand of Business Environment


Education;
-Bachelors Degree of equivalent
-Ideally Black Belt trained
-LEAN Advocate or equivalent.
