The Client:
Our Galway based client is seeking to recruit a Director of Nursing/Nursing Home Manager to lead their Service Facility for Older Adults.
This is a Reputable 27 bedded facility catering for the Care of Older Adults. It is stategically located near to the city and county, and the sea is only a stone's throw away.
This role may suit a Staff Nurse or CNM with experience working with Older Adults who may be looking for career progression or an existing Manager who simply wants to make that change to work with a Patient focused reputable establishment.
Job Requirements:
*Minimum 3 years Nursing in Care of the Older Person out of the past 6 years.
*Demonstrate sound clinical knowledge of Nursing Practices.
*Strong Leadership and Influencing Skills.
*Ability to react in the case of emergency.
*Accredited Training in Dementia Care and/or a Management Course would be desirable.
