Our client is a leading provider of financial services in Ireland. They have an opening for a vibrant, ambitious graduate in their Client Services Department.
The role will include:
· Process Facility Drawdown, Rollover and Repayment Transactions on Banking System.
· Review and Check facility confirmations prior to transaction generation and funding.
· Resolve and Respond to Loan Officer , Inter-departmental and Client Queries.
· Calculate and Advise Daily Funding requirements.
· Dealing with Bank Reconciliation Queries.
Key skills & qualifications:
· Relevant financial services experience.
· Proven experience in a similar environment.
· Able to work with minimal supervision to tight deadlines.
· Excellent telephone manner.
· Ability to deal with Clients and colleagues both calmly and diplomatically.
· Good computer skills, be a proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel in everyday work
