Account Manager, Investor Services - July 2010
Responsibilities:
- You will be a team leader and team motivator and should promote excellent client service standards and customer focused ethos and "best practice" within the group.
- The Manager will manage and train his/her team to meet fund cut-offs and deadlines and maintain excellent service level standards at all times.
- You will be required to review work practices regularly and monitor service levels and standards and implement change where necessary to improve quality and service levels within the team.
- You are the principal point of contact for each client within the group. The Manager is also the main contact point for any staff related matters.
- You must displays an excellent understanding of all systems. Including TA shareholder registration system and Impress Plus scanning system.
- System Reports knowledge of how to interpret and understand system generated reports
report requests, options and adaptability
- Commissions checks all upfront, backend and trailer commissions and reconciliation of all commission payments.
Requirements:
- A 3rd level business qualification is preferable. A minimum of 5 years industry experience is required.
- Previous experience of managing staff and client relationships is necessary.
- Computer literacy is essential - you should be skilled in the use of spreadsheets, word processing and presentation packages. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
