Product Launch-Project Manager

The Product Launch Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to prepare for product launch, improve time to market, assist in product launch and post-launch commercialisation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for co-ordination and completion of product launch process
  • Lead cross-functional team members and liaise with internal functional management as necessary.
  • Generate business plans for commercialisation of new products
  • Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns and co-ordinates individual responsibilities
  • Managing day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope
  • Effectively applying our clients methodology and project standards
  • Facilitates team and customer meetings effectively
  • Distribute and embed knowledge on the new products within the wider company
  • Liaise with marketing and sales functions to prepare marketing and sales tools and revise as necessary
  • Determine product pricing in conjunction with commercial organisation
  • Management of lead generation process for sales targets
  • Carry out post commercialisation product reviews
  • Partner with internal innovation centre to identify commercial opportunities for potential development projects

Key Requirements:
  • Engineering degree, or equivalent, with 5+ years experience and a minimum of 3 years project management experience
  • Commercial experience or product management experience would be very desirable
  • Knowledge of medical devices would be very desirable.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
  • Motivated to work on own initiative.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to make and Implement decisions.
