Job description:  At Oak Recruitment our client is looking to recruit a Licensing Manager.

The successful candidate will work closely with the existing licensing and Sales teams and will take responsibility for maintenance of a number of the company's suppliers, extend the current licensing agreement with them on a global basis, and constantly negotiate improved commercial licensing terms. You will also research the marketplace and negotiate new license agreements as our business requires.

Duties

• Managing daily relations with existing suppliers
• Constantly negotiate terms to ensure our margin is maintained
• Expand license agreement to cover new territories and channels to market
• Extend current license agreements to facilitate better working terms for the business, remove blocking issues
• willingness to travel abroad for short trips

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or similar qualification (ideally a Business or Legal qualification)
• Experience in Licensing (games or music)
• Commercially astute
• Demonstrable ability to work to deadlines in a target driven environment
• General computer skills, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
• Must be internet friendly
