Job description:

Custody - Senior Operations Manager opportunity €60-€80k

Custody Assistant Vice President - Do you have experience in managing large teams of 10-15+ staff?

You will be reporting into the Head of Custody Operations and you will have significant influence in controlling the direction of the custody department. You will work very closely with the senior management team to plan and deliver projects. A major focus of this role will be on client relationship management, performance management of staff, department strategy, process improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

8 years experience in financial services with 5+ years at managerial level
Significant experience within custody operations
Extensive product and industry knowledge
People Management - must have managed 10-15 staff previously
Strong project management experience
