My client is a four star hotel in the Dun Laoghaire that is looking for the kind of receptionist that reminds tourists to our beautiful country that they are in the land of hospitality and comfort. Hotel Receptionists are the first stop on the holiday experience and if you are friendly, customer-orientated, kind and warm, then this opportunity is for you.
The Position:
Responsible for the check in / out of guests, answering calls, talking reservations and dealing with any guests queries in a pleasant and professional manner whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate must possess the following:-
*A minimum of 1 year in a similar hotel environment
* Experience with Opera or Fidelio Front Office System as advance
*A friendly positive attitude
*Must be fluent in English both written and oral
*Must have an excellent telephone manner
