Instructional Designer - South Dublin
CPL Solutions currently has an urgent requirement for an Instructional Designer to work a 6 month contract for a multinational organisation based in South Dublin. The role would be based within the cloud services division and will start as soon as possible. The successful candidate should have experience in:
Experience:
· 2-5 years experience in a process, procedural content designer or training role· Knowledge of Instructional Design principles· Extensive working experience in the development of user-friendly training material, including product, programs and process-related training materials· Extensive training delivery experience in Systems / Tools and Programs / Process-related Training· Experience of working as part of a project team· Past training experience in a Customer Care environment ideal· Experience in eLearning development ideal
