Skills / Knowledge / Experience

• Professional customer focus for both internal and external customers
• Cheerful personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Capable of working both on own initiative and as part of a multilingual multi-disciplined team
• Flexible and adaptable
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of PCs, Hardware and Software and PC/Mac Operating systems
• Knowledge of MS Office and Lotus Notes and Internet would be advantageous.
• Fluency in one of the above languages is essential. Fluency in other language(s) is dependent on business requirements at time of recruitment, but is always desirable.
• A relevant technical qualification is desirable but not essential
