A leading Credit Insurer seeks an 'on the road' Credit Analyst for a newly created position in their Dublin office. This role is completely flexible in that the successful applicant can work from home and would only be expected to report into the office on an "adhoc" basis.
This role requires a self sufficient individual who will be responsible for supporting the management and underwriting of the Group's risk portfolio. In addition, they will need to mitigate/prevent claims and losses and identify opportunities to increase business through analysis of the company's largest and/or most sensitive risks.
The responsibilities of an 'on the road' credit analyst are crucial to the needs of the business. This autonomous role needs an individual with the ability to produce in-depth reports and analysis, proactively manage a portfolio of risks and present results to our stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of;
· Corporate credit risk analysis
· Good economic, trade sector, and regional knowledge
· Excellent report writing ability
· Good interpersonal skills commensurate with conducting board level business meetings
Prospective candidates should be educated to a degree standard or equivalent.
