FRENCH IT SERVER SUPPORT ROLES AVAILABLE
Company: Our client is a fortune 100 Technology company with annual revenues in excess of $88 Billion. They employ 150,000 people in 80 countries and enjoy an unrivalled reputation in the tech industry. Due to increased demand for their services they are looking to expand their 500 strong European Technical team.
Role: Supporting their European customer base you will be expected to respond to telephone and e-mail queries regarding technical issues, and support these clients remotely. As a member of the French team you will support French customers retaining ownership of each client's issues until resolved.
You must have experience supporting two or more of the standard operation systems such as Windows, NT, 98, ME , 2000 and XP, and related software such MS Office, Outlook etc

Skills: The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer skills, analytical troubleshooting skills and excellent technical knowledge.
You will need to be a fluent French speaker.
