Job description: Sales Manager
One of our clients is recruiting a Sales Manager. The position requires excellent presentation skills; someone to work well within a matrixed sales team as the team leader - boundary group team members include, but are not limited to, Legal, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Channel Partners.

Job Description:
Manage a sales team to produce growth and achieve revenue goals from targeted customers through Inbound, Outbound and Account Management Activities;
Develop capacity model for increased inbound call and account coverage in last quarter of the calendar year;
Risk Assessment and Problem Solving Analysis;
Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting;
Deliver on quarterly goals and manage an annual business of $80M.

Requirements:
BS Degree in a Business Discipline or equiv experience required;
5 years Sales management experience and/or training;
Position requires strong planning, organizational, communication, sales management and leadership skills;
Account management of Global 1000 and Blue Chip companies;
Experience managing a pipeline is essential;
English language proficiency.
