Network Engineer - Cork

My client a leading multinational company with offices based in Cork is currently seeking a Network Engineer to join their existing team,

The ideal candidate will have;

• Degree/Diploma in IT
• 4+ years experience in IT
• CCNA Certified
• Extensive experience in Cisco, LAN/WAN Wireless Networks,
• Experience working in a fast paced environment and be Self Motivated

Main duties and Responsibilities;

• Provide planning, design, implementation and operational support for a global Network Infrastructure.
• Perform technology assessment for hardware/software.
• Troubleshoot data network related issues.
• Coordinate and review the installation of hardware and implementation of software.
• Plan and assist with architecture of complex global data network infrastructure.
• Keep up to date with upcoming technologies
