Job description:
Urgent contract role, Dublin location. 6 + months in lenght, maternity leave cover. Your role will reports to the Process Management Team.Skills • Change Manangment. A proven ability to write and maintain documentation and working procedures •Excellent written and oral communication skills to ensure effective communication with various levels of the organisation •A strong service awareness and customer focused approach.Responsibilities: •Day-to-day administration of the Change Management queues •Continually monitor, review and recommend improvements to the change, release and configuration management processes •Monitor progress on Request for Change to ensure completion within Service Level Agreements •Generate Change Management statistics •Facilitate communication between customers and various of our client's stakeholders to ensure changes are implemented to their satisfaction and in line with the process •Take full responsibility for the management of the Global Change Management process in the absence of the Senior Change Coordinator •Assist in securing, optimising and promoting the change management process Requirements: •A minimum of 4 years experience in an IT service delivery in a customer facing environment •An understanding of operational and application development methods •Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Desk tools
