Store Manager For City Centre Convenience Shop Limerick

Retail Store Manager 40,000-50,000

Our client is a leading convenience grocery store with branches across Ireland. They are currently looking to recruit a motivated Store Manager a limerick branch.

Job Duties:

• Report directly to the owner
• Accountable for managing all day-to-day operations, to achieve the financial and operational targets of the store
• Provide the highest level of customer care
• Maintain store standards and have a strong merchandise focus
• Motivate, train and develop all staff
• Successfully implement all company policies and procedures
• Management of stock

Job Requirements:

• 8 years Store Manager experience.
• Highly motivated with the ability to meet targets
• Excellent management skills
• Excellent communication skills
