Job description: Excellent Permanent Opportunity, South Dublin, Part Qualified Accountant with Fluent Spanish. 

Our client is a financial services company with operations in South Dublin.  Together with Careers Register, they are looking to recruit a strong, part qualified accountant with fluent Spanish and English.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, sucessful and growing company.  

You will be responsible for accounting support to European and South American partners. Including managing fixed assets, month end reporting, payroll, IFRS and US GAAP compliance

Key Responsibilities; 

• Assist in the preparation and/or review Financial Statements in IFRS and Local GAAP for European branches,
• Support terminal activities for Europe and South America 
• Perform and review account reconciliations
• Assist in the financial month end close process, including variance analysis.
• Support Regulatory, Tax and HR teams by providing or reviewing financial information required.

The ideal candidate;

• PQ Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with 1 - 2 years financial services experience
• Oracle experience preferred but not essential
• Experience in multiple currency accounting preferred
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Fluent Spanish and English
