Role

• The role will entail establishing & leading new product capabilities and subsequently managing application & research projects from concept to launch.
• Leading new project initiatives from relevant research.
• Developing, preparing and presenting unique products and concepts highlighting ingredients to their fullest potential.
• Providing technical applications support for distributors and European customers.
• Research competitor, existing and new nutritional ingredients and trends from an analytical, application, scientific and regulatory standpoint. Propose new project initiatives from relevant research.

Person

• Must have a BSc degree or equivalent in Food Technology/Science or a related subject.
• Experience in developing applications from concept to launch is desirable.
• Must have knowledge and / or strong interest in nutrition.
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in Microsoft packages.
• Flexible, adaptable and an energetic individual, with strong initiative to manage projects.
